This was the culmination of a 6-month planning process, facilitated by Aaron, and funded by the Real Jobs RI initiative.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this program 4 underemployed young people per year will be trained to be biomedical equipment or IT techs &#8212; good paying jobs which require a high level of skills.
