Over the summer I conducted a feasibility study for Grow Smart RI to help them assess if and how they could substantially increase their revenue over the next several years. This was a true partnership between myself, the staff, board and the organization’s stakeholders. The result was a comprehensive analysis of how Grow Smart could reach it’s fundraising goals over the next three years. As a direct result of this study, the group was awarded a $150,000 capitalization grant from the Van Beuren Charitable Foundation.
