Eligible organizations include port authorities, local and state agencies as well as non-profits that have responsibility over port operations. The aim of the program is to signficantly reduce diesel emissions through implementation of technologies including: idle reduction, cleaner fuel, engine upgrades and exhaust controls.\u00a0 I am familiar with this RFP and have written a successful application previously.
